Registration, TeamSnapONE App and Volunteer Needs

Good evening soccer parents,

First and foremost, I want to say a sincere thank you to Dave Hoenk, our Webmaster, and Orlando Perez, our Vice President, as they have finished their terms and will be stepping down from the board. We deeply appreciate everything that Dave and Orlando have done for the club over the many years they have dedicated to our community; these were large shoes to fill and you will be greatly missed!

Furthermore, we also hope all coaches have reached out by now to let you know if your child has made a team and provided details on how to register. Please keep the following important updates and reminders in mind as we prepare for the season:

Registration & App Setup

• Early Bird Registration: Early Bird pricing ends on September 7th, and registration costs will increase after this date. Please register as soon as possible to lock in the lower rate!
• TeamSnap ONE App: Once registered, please download the new TeamSnap ONE app. This will be our primary platform to view schedules and communicate with coaches and families throughout the season.

Club Volunteers Needed As a reminder, our club is entirely volunteer-run. Our coaches, team managers, board members, and operational organizers give their time because we care about the kids and want to help them grow as players/people, build character, and form lifelong bonds.

To keep everything running smoothly, we urgently need volunteers for the following roles:

• BU8 Head Coach 
• BU10 White Head Coach
• Assistant Registrar
• Assistant Webmaster
• Indoor Futsal Tournament Committee / Volunteers
• Outdoor Tournament Volunteers

Roster Update

• GU15/16 Players: We are still actively recruiting additional players for our GU15/16 group to complete a full roster. If you know of anyone interested in playing, please send them our way!
